SPL Consultants Ltd became involved with the Christchurch rebuild in 2012, following the earthquake events that struck the Canterbury Region in 2010 and 2011. Since that time, the team at SPL Consultants Ltd has been involved with hundreds of ‘repair and rebuild’ projects, ranging from single house assessment to the design and construction of commercial buildings.

SPL Consultants Ltd now has considerable experience with the Christchurch Rebuild and understands the processes required to assess and repair damage caused by seismic events.

Our team continues to be involved with the assessment, design, and construction of earthquake damaged buildings, including reassessments of incorrectly assessed or inadequately repaired residential dwellings.
